General Ledger
The General Ledger System contains all the files and programs necessary to maintain the chart of accounts, post transactions, produce period end reports, financial statements and schedules. Some of the features include:
Accommodates twelve or thirteen accounting periods for all periods based on a user specified period ending date table
Period ending date table accommodates this year, last year and the previous year for full comparative reporting
Allows posting to all periods included on the date table
(current year, last year and prior year)
Provides budget entry and reporting for a thirteen accounting
periods (current year)
Posts automatically to Retained Earnings at year end
(optional)
Allows up to 8 characters of user specified account numbers
Allows for branch or departmental financial statements with consolidations
In addition to the standard financial statements provided, Results! also includes a simple but comprehensive report generator for user defined financial statements
